Welcome to Compass Kids!

My personal passion is to see children know God intently, love Jesus deeply and understand the Bible rightly charting a course for life.

The mission of Compass Kids is to make disciples of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20). Kids Ministry begins to lay a solid biblical foundation right from birth through sixth grade.

Our aim is for every child to know Christ through effective and dynamic teaching of his word. From that knowledge we want children to fall deeply in love with Christ. And out of that love and obedience we cultivate a heart of service to Christ through his church.

Our desire is for your child to love coming to church and that his or her life is transformed into the image of Christ through learning his word, applying it to life and building friendships. We offer:

• full scope and comprehensive sequence of the entire Bible
• energetic and age appropriate live music weekly
• structured Bible verse learning with understanding and application during weekend classes and AWANA (week night)
• large group and small group dynamics
• opportunities to connect with others and build friendships
• camps, special events and seasonal activities for kids and families
• Bible learning incentives and positive rewards
• seasoned, trained and regular teaching team who love kids and to teach God's word
• written and enforced safety and security procedures
• all staff nationally screened, interviewed and supervised
• Family room with privacy glass to main auditorium
• In class monitors to service in main auditorium
• Once a month Chapel Times with all Elementary Students led by Student Ministry (5th & 6th grade student body)
• Youth Group for 5th & 6th grade students during regular weekend services, camps and seasonal activities
• community-wide large door events for families
• extraordinary Easter and Christmas events
• summer sports camps
• and more!

Kids are on campus virtually every day or night of the week to learn God's word. I invite you to join us at any of our weekend or week day services, special events, camps or seasonal activities. After 20 years of ministry with kids, it continues to be my distinct privilege and joy to be involved with kids teaching them about God, his Son Jesus and his word.
