1. Jo says:

Its a good thing that when I “give an account” I will be clothed in Christ….but you forgot to mention that. Just more obedience sermons. It never ends.

2. Beth Lauder says:

Thank you, Pastor Mike for keeping the Bible as the authority when instructing us how to parent. It is refreshing to hear the Truth regarding God as our first focus, then our spouse, and thirdly our children. I am eagerly anticipating the rest of your messages in this series.

3. aaa says:

Wow i will be praying for you precious son who is veiwing Gods love through you

as u have noted Oh the feelings (that God wired him with to learn to manage in self control) that u asked him to “suck up-“ How will he ever learn anything but stuffing them down with this

advice as the head of the home your power is untold

I praise My Jesus in my adult years I was surrounded by Godly christian people that understood the significance of learning to feel the feelings and learn to manage them in self controll

not ust fix it with a quick coment on how it will be better done next time (anotherwords you didn’t do very well)

I am so glad I HAVE WITNESSED THROUGH THOSE WHO KNOW MY LORD WELL THAT HE CARES ABOUT EVERY LOSS EVERY GAME EVERY FEELING THOSE HE LOVES HAS

AND IS AN INTIMATE GOD) I praise HIM for breaking the cycle of the sins of my Father (though I love him dearly) who taught me to ignore my feeling be numb and stuff them down.
I praise Him for my healing from this abuse.

praying for truth to prevail

May the merciful God of David be with you Wiyh love Amy

God be with you Mike

4. Claire Ferreira-Owens says:

Great sermon.  Gus had told me about this series.  I am listening today while at work.  Pray for our church at Escalon Covenant as we have a new pastor of 2 yrs. and as a spiritual care member we are concerned about the lack of Biblical teaching of this new pastor.  IN HIS CARE…Claire

5. Nonie says:

Thank you, Pastor Mike for the godly example you are to all of us. I remember when I was a young parent; and I thought that my baby should come first in my life. I wish that I would have had the Godly sermons teaching me and my family obedience. It was many years before the truth of the gospel was shared with us, and we learned that obedience is better than sacrifice. I know that you will receive your reward, from the Lord, for the godly parents you and Carlynn are to your children!

In Christ,

Nonie
