The purpose of the Basketball Ministry is to allow Christians and non-Christians an opportunity to share their common interest in basketball by enjoying fellowship and competition. The Ministry is also a platform to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The mission is achieved through weekly basketball games and devotional times. Through the common interest of basketball, relationships can be formed and strengthened as they participate together.

Each game begins with both teams coming together to lift up the Lord in prayer. At half-time, there is a brief sports related devotional where both teams share how God has impacted their lives.

Currently, there are nearly fifty men playing on 6 separate teams. Games are played at Laguna Hills High School on Sunday evenings. The summer league sign-ups will begin the end of April. Please contact Greg Darm at with any questions or to get involved.
