Pastor Elvis was born and raised in Southern California, where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Concordia University in Irvine, CA. He has an extensive background in business insurance and risk management. Pastor Elvis earned a Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and graduated from Compass Bible Institute’s Pastoral Ministry program.

Elvis and his wife, Lauren, have been married since 2008 and have four children.
