Thrive is a group for married couples with or without children. Our focus is to help couples grow in their faith, in their marriage, and even in their parenting.
We meet regularly on Thursday nights from September through May for fellowship, teaching, and small groups, in addition to occasional activities and small group fellowships.
Thrive Fall 2018-2019
Thrive is primarily a Compass Small Group ministry where we discuss application questions from the weekend sermon. Being a ministry for married couples, we are able to discuss and apply these sermons to our current situations in life and marriage. At the same time, Thrive is more than a traditional Compass Small Group because it consists of many small groups that all gather in the same place at the same time—and who all just so happen to be in similar seasons of life. For this reason, we are able to have special sermons on occasion that target specific issues in marriage and parenting.
This year in Thrive our special sermons will come from the book of Ecclesiastes. We all go through various seasons in our marriages, parenting, and Christian living in general. Each season of life brings new challenges as well as new opportunities. The book of Ecclesiastes speaks to these issues directly, showing us how to make the most of every opportunity.
A typical Thrive night will consist of family dinner (immediately before Awana), a sermon (either a recap of Pastor Mike’s weekend sermon OR an Ecclesiastes sermon), and then small groups with kid-free discussion.
Visit the welcome table Thursday nights if you are new and get plugged in with a small group.

Partners Discipleship Program
Our Partners Program developed by Pastor Mike is a Spiritual growth program for new or longtime believers who are serious about maturing in their faith. It’s ten chapters which can be completed in 14 weeks and you’ll be taken through by a ‘partner’ who has gone through the program themselves. Consider being a part of it!
