After working in emergency medicine for six years and marketing and photography for 12 years, Arrow took on a full-time I.T. role to serve the Lord on staff at Compass Bible Church 2024. He and his wife, Cindy, started attending Compass Bible Institute in 2021 before moving to Compass as their home church in 2022. Together they are forever grateful to the prayers, generosity, and many laborious efforts of the Christians who prepared such a pathway for strangers they didn’t yet know by faithfully building up Compass and CBI.

Compass and CBI have been some of the biggest blessings and answers to prayer for Arrow and his wife — both of whom are proud to now work for the Lord full-time on staff Compass Bible Church.
