Rick has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Business Administrator of Compass Bible Church for two decades, helping the pastors navigate through a tremendous growth period. He has recently been appointed the Stewardship Director for Compass where he assists congregants in a wide variety of stewardship and financial matters. He also helps with special projects as Compass continues to grow and prosper. Rick was a former real estate developer, homebuilder, and Certified Public Accountant. Rick has served on a number of non-profit boards, overseeing several building and expansion projects. Rick is active in providing leadership in several ministries throughout the church.

Rick is married to Debra and they have four grown children and sixteen grandchildren.
