Caroline grew up in South Africa, where she went to school and college and earned a degree in Home Economics, plus a certificate in Preschool Teaching. She worked for a Food company in South Africa, before being a preschool teacher for 19 years at a Christian Private Preschool.

Caroline is married to Bill and they have two married sons and four granddaughters. She has been involved with many ministries, including WBS leader, Revival, HFG, Eggstravaganza, Fall Fest, Compass Prayer team, Active and CBI, since joining Compass Bible Church in 2011.
